I have always loved baking but got bitten by the decorating bug two years ago when I took all 4 Wilton Cake Decorating courses via my local Michael's. I don't have much time to dedicate to making cakes since I work full time as a Biologist, but when I do I try to learn new techniques. This forum has been invaluable to me in the past so I'd like to contribute what I can now!
