icon_biggrin.gif You used Play dough instead of fondant, right? The can says no-toxic doesn't it? Cheaper and great colors!

Oh geez! My mind was on the laundry thread when I read the beginning part about the "glue"! lol

Needless to say, I was not expecting "algea" to be the intended "glue" of choice.

Ok, back to my hidey place...

My thoughts exactly SugarLover! I would use something that's much more flavorful and readily available(at least at my house)than algae!
Oh, and I see we have another lurker among us! icon_wink.gif

Toodles, how many people have outed themselves on other threads? SugarLove needs to pop over and make herself know on the laundry subject. She seems to fit in. icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

Not sure how many, but isn't it at least 3 just in this thread.... and I know there have been several others. I wish they'd quit lurking and just come play with us!

I've noticed several folks trying to figure out how to make beer bottles out of sugar. It would be so much easier to just take a quick drive and pick up a couple of empty bottles off the side of the road.

Also, I have to say the CCer that made the cat litter cake for her kids for April Fools wasted a perfectly good cake mix when she could have used the real thing! Now that would have been a memorable April Fools.

ok, as a April fool's joke, my DH made FAUX dough doughnuts. They looked and felt like real cake doughnuts, the tasted like puked up salty playdough, DH description. Not kittie litter but hey, as least she doesn't do special brownies!

Just figured I'd ask here since it fits the best in this thread... icon_biggrin.gif

If the cake ball bounces into the empty dog food dish, out onto the counter and on the floor... is it ok to still serve and or sell it.

I'm asking just as a hypothetical question... this incident never took place. icon_lol.gif

I think taking the hairs that said animal has already shed, adds a very realistic effect when "sprinkled" about on the cake.

Mel, just use a few strips in strategic places. As you come to the tape remove it. The hairs attached can be plucked from the tape if needed. You can also use paint thinner to get the adhesive loose. You can also collect pet hair like Tita suggests, try your vacumn. Best of luck

Man!!!! Now I'm really in a tither.
I've done everything you've said so far= breast milk, vomit, loogies, dog hair etc.
But I've just noticed drips coming from the ceiling.
Not sure if it's the hydroponic system or the backed up toilet upstairs.
Now I'm gonna have to charge extra!!

Can anyone tell me what "WASC" is? Or "IMBC"? Or "doing laundry"? Or "cake"?
I'm new here! And I didn't want to bother trying to figure it out on my own.

Also, I need a good idea for a cake. I don't know what occasion it is for, nor do I know the age, gender, interests, or flavor preferences of the honoree. I know there are probably thousands of photos in the galleries, but I don't have time to go through them all. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hijack this thread!

Oh my gosh!! I have been gone waaaay too loooooongg!
I just read all 28 pages and didn't remember posting ANY of the stuff I did!!

As Mel mentioned several pages back...I have a brain injury (seriously)
I have been cracking up here, like reading it all for the first time...LOL!
I'm not sure if I want my memory to correct itself with the injury or not now!
Makes things more interesting!
I have learned so many new tricks for doing cakes, well maybe not...
I can't remember!

Okay, I just found this thread and trying to read it all at once made some of the words smear from my tears. And I peed my pants. I read "lick my bowels". I need a drink.
