we can only have one queen? I thought they were goddesses and we had many. Some have fallen from grace and have lost all their worthiness even thought their talent and history are grand. I thoought we could worship and covet several. I had no idea the Dark One would make us chose just one. I am a horrible minion lower than the FCS that is now all the rage. I can only dream of regaining faith in the whores and hope some day to be a grand whore like the rest and not a cheap slut like I have become.

This sounds like a great idea to me! I'm stuck at cheap slut, but the Grand Whore and CC Goddess give me something to strive for... a girl can dream can't she? I am not sure how this happens but beings it is you cake sluts that are doing it, please explain.
I am also having a problem and need help! I left the icing sit out all night uncovered and let the ants in it. It also has crusted over a bit. I stir and mix and it is fairly smooth but I am having problems piping it. I thought the best solution would be to have the kids that are over here to suck out the tip until it runs clear. They have runny noses but it has not been that green guncky stuff. Will this be the best solution. The ferrets all have sugar highs and refuse to suck! 
As long as the stuff coming out of the kids' noses is clear (you don't want the green gunky stuff to alter the color of your icing after all), why don't you add some of that to your icing... it will thin it out and make a better piping consistency.
Uumm.... I'd have them blow it in the bowl... then you'll get the whole batch a smooth consistency in one quick easy step!

All right people, it's my first post, I'm so happy to have found you all today! I'm so excited! I just booked my first wedding cake today. It's 5 tiers, covered in alternating fondant and buttercream and I have never stacked a cake before! I need everyone to pull together and tell me how to do this! How do I cover a cake in fondant? How do I smooth my buttercream? does anyone have a good buttercream recipe and while you're at it, I need a good chocolate cake recipe! Now drinking straws would be fine to use for dowels, right? I only have 6 straws, so I should be ok if I just dowel the bottom two tiers, right? 3 and 3.. yea I should be good especially because I'm using really sturdy cardboard for cake rounds.. I found some pizza boxes in the neighbors recycling container! SCORE! All right, I have to run to the store to pick up my prebaked cake and already filled piping bags.. oh corn nuts. I need to add that to my shopping list too. almost forgot!
