SAM"S GRANNY: Ooohh. I LOVE TACOS!

VEEJAYTX: icon_surprised.gif You had the same dream I did! icon_surprised.gificon_lol.gif

JUJU: I really, really like fried okra! I don't have a deep frier, though. So I have to go out to get it. icon_rolleyes.gif

KAY: Thanks for the comments on the petit fours, I'm glad to have them over with for a few days! Whew! They were for a presentation with the owner of a new cabin rental company. He wants them for his "afternoon tea" baskets. GAH! tapedshut.gif

Girl--you better get some chicken soup and some rest--hope you get better.

I might as well go on and quit the cruiser life, and rent me a commercial kitchen. Although, if my DH would just BUILD ME A BIG OL' KITCHEN, I wouldn't have to worry about all that stuff. A girl can dream, can't she? icon_wink.gif

JOANMARY: My box of fudge-sicles is gone. Did you happen to get them? detective.gifdetective.gificon_razz.gif

Tonight? We're having:

Chicken cordon bleu in cream sauce
Salad with tomato ranchalian
Tea
Chocolate fudge butter cake

Penne Pasta
Green Beans
Whatever Blizzard flavor gets made by accident and doesn't sell before I leave work tonight. (i'm moonlighting at DQ for extra cash for a few months)

Ok so we didn't have the roast like I had planned. Figured tomorrow would be better to do it since it's easy and we have church.

Tonight we had:
Fried chicken breast
Mashed potatoes
Rice
Cheesy Gravy
Biscuits.

Knox,
If we're at home we don't deep fry our okra. We cut up fresh okra into a bowl. Crack a few eggs in the bowl and mix to get okra coated. Then we add salt and cornmeal to coat. Fry in a skillet on top of the stove adding cooking oil as needed. Fried okra is the fav of my 4 yr old ds.

asparagus
fudgesicle

knox - fudgesicles are a staple at our house. However, I suspect a decrease of fudgesicles in fridge is causing an increase in numbers on scale.

Ok we had the roast, carrots and potatoes tonight. With chocolate chip cookies (Pilsbury...lol) and ice cream for dessert.

Excitment here tonight someone was messing around the neighbors house. Keep waiting on the cops to come over and ask questions about why I called 911. Couldn't get the neighbor to answer his phone. Saw 2 people peeking in his window of his shop building. Told the dog to go get 'em girl like I always do when she barks. Generally she quits if it's just an animal. Well she didn't quit barking and me talking caused the two to run away. Woo Hoo!!!...lol

Ok I can't remember when I posted last. I was crazy on cough med with codine. I makes me kind of loopy. Last night they had chicken nuggets and baked fries. All I had to do put on cookie sheet and bake. I just nibbled on stuff here and there. I am feelin alittle better tonight. So I made myself and family chicken noodles, mashed potatoes, fried bread.
I have to make royal icing for class tomorrow night and work on fondant roses for final cake next week. I have to bake a few cakes for the weekend and might get a jump on them if energy holds out.
