well i cheated, we had pizza delivered. Had physical therapy tonight and i always am completely wore out for the rest of the night. So it is soo worth the little extra $ to relax =)

No worries, I did not post anything about it when it happened, so you didn't miss anything =)
Yeah I am getting better, thanks for asking. On May 2nd I rolled my car all the way over on the way to work. Amazingly I left the car without a scratch on me. That day I had x-rays and went to see a chiro and doctor and nothing really bad.
I ended up tearing all my muscles in my neck from rolling all the way over-Nothing really big, just a whole lotta little ones. So it has taken about 5-6 weeks for them to actually start to heal back together and I am going through physical therapy to work on getting them to stretch as they heal and get muscle strength back. So I have physical therapy two nights a week, chiro appointments another two nights to keep everything in line as my muscles heal, and then a massage the 5th night to keep the toxins from building up in my muscles.
But I have been taking it easy so everything heals correctly, as i don't want this to follow me for the rest of my life. I just get so tired so easily, and when my neck starts to hurt I get really nausous (spelling?) that is the worst part of it.
It has been quite the experience let me tell you.... I am definitely lucky!
