Ok with day my from H*** I decided with DD who stayed home one more day to get Little Ceasers Pizza. I was going to the store to get frozen pizza and decided driving through and grabbing 2 LG and bread sticks would be a better choice. I am not a fan of there pizzas. My fav is pizza hut and I am short on the bucks. So cheap we went. DD and I had some when it was hot about hour later son got out of school and ate a few slices before we did paper route. We got back woke up DH and he grabbed a few slices. And son had some more. After DD had dance she grabbed another slice. So pizza was a good idea for my crazy day. DD school conferences and then to cake class. And I should be finishing the cake as I am typing this. We didn't get done in class. But I had to get my fix. I can finish it tomorrow it ain"t going to grow legs unless I make um.

JUJU you really got to send me some deer you got me cravin it so

Ohara: You know what? I'm from Sandusky! So I know my way around up there. I'll bet the nights are gettin' pretty cool up there by now, anyway. I moved down here and married a ridge-runner, though. icon_rolleyes.gif

Monica: You got a real meal, girl! I'm always jealous of a rib-eye! icon_wink.gif

Joanmary: Blasphemer! You dare say the name of the wonderful BONEFISH in my presence! icon_surprised.gif

Morningglories: Chicken SOUP? Dang, that sounds good... icon_cry.gif

Last night we had chicken chunks (no breading) that were just fried in a pan, broccoli and mac & cheese.

Tonight? Dudes! It's only like 6:30 in the mornin'!

knox - They just opened the Bonefish Grill here a few months ago. It is great. Hard to get grouper in these parts. I had grouper w/pan asian sauce - the veggie garnish was corn and my side was steamed veggies. It was so good.

tonight DH is going to a friend's ice hockey game. I am going to get chipoltle.

Monica - do you have it yet??? I am so excited for you. Yay!!

I just got my new KA a couple weeks ago, and I LOVE HER!!

Yes, I've named her. Yes, we have a meaningful relationship. And your point? icon_twisted.gif LOL

I've been rippin' and runnin' all day. Youngest went to a sleep-over, DH working an extra job tonight, so I'm all alone (!) until after midnight. YESSSS.

I'm having some bbq'd chicken nuggets with some broccoli salad. Maybe a few crackers and some cheese ball. Oh, and maybe even a glass of the bubbly I have in the fridge from last weekend's wedding! (and a cigarette to go with it!) Oh, gobs--it's good to be alone for a bit!

*waits for men in white to carry her away*

Ok tonight I did the babysitting again for the trio. So DD, Dh and the trio had fish sticks, fries, and corn. I actually got them to eat a veggie thumbs_up.gif

So tonight I am going to make lasagna. And the DD and trio will get leftover tomorrow.

Hi Girls!! I need to sit at the table and rest! This week has been crazy (and it started last week-had to do my cousin's baby shower cake, then an FSU helmet cake on Sun -at the in-laws to boot! come back home and start on stuff for cake for 80 that is going to a party tonight!)

Then next weekend I have my friend's baby shower cake for 60 and 2 hours away!

I'm not sure what I ate this week! Last night and tonight we had homemade spinach lasagna. And I cooked the heck out of the spinach before I used it even though the frozen is supposed to be ok I'm not taking any chances! And I've had waaaaay too much cake toppers!

Missed you guys! icon_smile.gif

dodibug First off spinach to me is eww anyway. Now that the scare is on double eww thumbsdown.gif I am not a spinach person can you tell. I know I would still be cautious anyway. In fact I had a salad today at a buffet and thought they better not have put spinach in it. But I could tell it was only iceburg lettuce.

ashianadokom Ya I know low carbs maybe the way to go. But give me carbs before spinach anyday. At least I had salad for lunch icon_biggrin.gif So that should help some. When it gets cold outside I am a big carb person and so is my family. And it is getting cold here in Nebraska. So any kind of noodle dish is in the works. I wish your Dh good luck I know I could never give them up icon_cry.gif

I worked on the course 3 present cake and almost got it completed. I am letting the bows dry. So I will finish tomorrow. I guess I am not so concerned about this one cause I started doing the course 3 stuff when I was waiting for enough people to have the class. And I already did that cake at home. I can say it was easier doing it at home. I didn't have to drag every thing to class (upstairs I might add). I am dreading the final cake icon_cry.gif All that stuff and the cakes icon_cry.gif I know it will be worth it but man I feel like I take everything including the kitchen sink icon_cry.gif But at least I am learning icon_biggrin.gif

JoanMary: What is Pei Wei? And do you pronounce that "pay way" or "pie way" or "pay y" or...lol

Samsgranny: You're always eating so healthily! You're gonna shrink away to nothin'! Time to eat some cake!

Dodi: I'll be there in a bit for some of that spinach lasagna--and don't worry. Don't even think about that family botherin' me none...I'll just eat some cake!

Ashianadotkom: I'd ask you to mail me some of that fish and cabbage, but I'm pretty good friends with the crazy old mail lady. That might just kill her off, so we wouldn't wanna do that.

Tonight:

King ranch chicken casserole
Salad with ranchalian
Crusty bread
Tea w/ lemons & limes
Cake
