Birthday Cake For Teen Mom
6”&8” pineapple cake with cinnamon b’cream filing. After applying a rather heavy b’cream crumb coat i added fondant fans/ruffles.
Lots Of 1St On This One
Cake4Kids request:Oreos. A 1st for me 3 layers 6” chocolate batter with chunks of cookies added -another 1st Icing is b’cream with crushed cookies added- yep another 1st Drip — another 1st is melted candy melts-yuck -too thick to run & sets hard. I imagine it was a mess cutting it:( After going to 3-4 stores the yellow was the only melts I could find:( Not happy with it at all. Filled, crumb coat, finish coat all Oreos b’cream Hopefully the sweet gal enjoyed it more than I did

For an underprivileged kids organization (Cake4Kids) this b’day cake is 8”x5”; fondant bows & harts. What a pretty & unusual name.

Top left - 8" round; all buttercream; tree is an ice cream cone covered w/an leaf tip; mini candy canes; piped poinsettias top right: close up of the bottom left; French horns are fondant painted w/gold dust mixed w/vodka; rolls of music fondant; wreaths, poinsettias & tiny snowflakes from royal icing; bottom left: tri level starts out as a 2 layer 12" sq. After icing the bottom layer in buttercream, cut a corner out of the next layer to be the 3rd layer. The tree is an ice cream cone covered w/tip 68 leaves & tiny dots from tip 2 Bottom right: 9" heart lightly airbrushed w/yellow; The candles are pipe b/cream ; tip 233 piped pine boughs; tip 104 pine cones. Church Anniversary Celebration
Celebrating Liberty church's birthday. 10x4"; 2/8"; 6" tiers with an open book displayed on stands from the SUS Decorations (bow, flowers, etc) are fondant. There are tiny plastic doves on 2 of the tiers - a nod to the church logo - which also appears on the book. Made around 2006; sadly I just learned this church closed it's doors recently.
Pumpkin Cupcake Cake
All the cupcakes are iced w/white buttercream (as one) then the pumpkin is outlined w/black b'cream and airbrushed orange. Approx, 36 cupcakes total :)
Spread Over 2 Banquet Tables

4 Full Sheet Business
Asked to create 4 full sheets for a business meeting each one is 24x18; all buttercream with the company provided logos printed on wafer paper then placed on a fondant plaque.
8x4 round; buttercream, textured w/a paper towel; booties are created with 2 1/2 large marshmallows then covered with tip 14 stars; rattles are fondant balls on a candy sucker stick; borders are swirled stars topped w/a tip 14 star

8x4 round; buttercream textured w/a paper towel; figure piped booties, rattle, safety pins all in b'cream. Top border is reversed shells.
Girl's Birthday Sheet With Roses
I used a glass baking/casserole dish (7"x9") which give a rounded top. Iced in buttercream which is textured with a paper towel; roses are from air dried b'cream; Placing the cake on a large board allows room for the elaborate bottom border.
Sunflowers On Tiers
Royal icing sunflowers and lilies with fondant and wafer paper leaves on buttercream tiers.
8x2" round, torted & filled. A fondant instrument painted gold; piped notes. Botom border consists of stars topped w/dots; top border shells.
Pen State Football
This tri-level starts out as 2 layers of 12" square with buttercream as filling. Cut a square corner off and use it as the tri level. The football images are printed on wafer paper then attached to fondant cutouts. All borders etc are buttercream.
Tasked with making a birthday cake for a guy who’s nickname is Bug the sheet cake is baked in a 9”x12” glass casserole dish giving it rounded corners and top edge . Iced with buttercream; bugs molded from fondant in a tiny mold This is one of 2 I did for him in early 2000.
