last night was bacon wrapped stuffed chicken (just filled it with a chive cream cheese), garlic roasted potatoes, green beans and i made an apple crumble for dessert (but accidently doubled the cinnamon and lemon juice, it wasn't bad, but will pay closer attention to the recipe next time)

Well my BF and i didn't even put a dent in the Turkey last night. So his sister and her family and his dad are coming over tonight and i'm making turkey soup. I have the carcass boiling in some water right now and it smells soo good.

So tonight.... Turkey soup, french bread (or baguette), and root beer floats for desert.

I am so upset. I have a virus on my computer so I can't surf the net from home. Oh well...what can you do.

Last night was McDonalds. Tonight was a taco salad. Earlier in the week I had bruchetta chicken and pasta drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Have a great night!

Tonight will be nachos with hamburger and black beans. I have one child that doesn't like melted cheese so he eats his chips with meat. I'll have to force my girls to eat meat and beans with theirs as they love cheese.

Brats with roasted parmesan/romano cheese cauliflower, creamy garlic smashed potatoes, artisan bread, maple-butter-cinnamon and nutmeg glazed sliced carrots (thickened up the sauce a tiny bit with corn starch), fresh strawberries, artisan bread and penne pasta with sauce for the picky eater.

I made strawberry yogurt smoothies for tomorrow mornings breakfast but they drank them all an hour after dinner.

Tonight was Quesadillas, soup, and a mix of fruit. I also made a couple smoothies as i FINALLY got a magic bullet (may be weird but i have been wanting one for years!!! and my BF got it for my birthday this week) I have been loving it. My youngest is still eating baby food and it's SOOOO much nicer to make it instead of buy it, my daughter loves it too LOL. She's much happier eating the veggies pureed instead of whole, so who am i to complain that she's eatting her veggies??

Last night was penne pasta with lemon artichoke pasta sauce.

Leili...have you tried the Beaba? Its a mini food processor especially for making baby food. It even steams the veggies right in the the unit. You can also prepare rice and pasta in it. That way you can make your baby's food and will know exactly whats in it and introduce new foods according to your taste. You can also adjust how soft of "processed" the foods are so its good for a baby just beginning solids, all the way up to toddlers. It runs about $150 at Williams-Sonoma.

Subway last night... BF was working on the house so quick and easy was the name of the game!

Lita, i've heard of the beaba and was seriously looking at buying one (or a similar one like it) but i couldn't justify it knowing i wasn't going to use it that long. So I went with the Magic Bullet (also looked at a couple of it's competitors) to where it would last a little longer. It does take me an extra minute or two to steam in the microwave and switch blades/tops instead of doing it all in one place but so far i'm pretty happy with it.

Happy Birthday Leily!

Tonight was pancakes with vanilla and blueberry yogurt. I made them huge and with Mickey Mouse ears. They were the size of the dinner plate. My kids eyes about bulged out of their heads looking at them. Made husband up some gyros.

DH took our 3rd child out to eat. The rest of us had scrambled eggs, biscuits, and cheese sticks.

Tomorrow is our youngest child's 2nd birthday. Fixing sloppy joes, fried potatoes, and others are bringing other veggies. And of course cake and ice cream.
