Sun. Leftovers

(dang it I can not remember for the LIFE of me, now this is going to annoy me all day)
Tues: chic-fil-a (it was a LONG night at the vet, my cats been sick
hes ok now.)
Wed- honey baked ham & cheetoes

I think I am going to make some oven baked chicken with homemade BBQ sauce. Its so yummy. I will also have Macroni & cheese. YUM!!
I saw this post before but never looked at it till tonight. Hubby works over night. I am usually so busy in the evening to sit down and eat with hubby and kids. Tonight DD had dance class. So DH, DS, DD had a throw toghether casserole consisting of Box cheesy scaloped potatoes, Ham and french cut green beans. Mixed up pretty fast baked in 25 min. Right now I'm getting my cakecentral fix and relaxing with a beer. I will probably have ramen noodles. Because the casserole is all gone. Tomorrow I will be babysitting for 3 other girls. So don't know yet what to have but gotta be easy and cheap cause they are great eaters. They are 10, 8, and 7 they eat way more than my DD who is almost 8. So Friday's and Sat. are usually kid friendly and cheap. Box Mac and cheese and hotdogs or left overs from our night before. Usually served with juice. Glad I looked at this post. Now I am going to have to make meatloaf and fried potatoes with sweet corn for Sun. Or if I can get a roast I have an awesome recipe from allrecipes.com Very easy crockpot recipe. Roast, french onion can soup, Can of beef broth, Can of beer. Cook for about 8 hours on low put on hoagies. Use the juice for dippin the sandwich OMG my mouth is watering just thinkin about it. I gotta to find roast on sale now.
I will let you know if I find one ![]()

Great! Where am I gonna get a roast to eat at 7:15AM!!!! ![]()

I am with you marksgirl only I'm gonna need a 12 When I'm done babysitting tonight. I have my own DD who is 7. Then I am babysitting a 10, 8, 7 yrs olds girls with ADHD. They are a challenge. There mom just dropped them off 15 min ago. One of them is starving already and it is barely 6 and I haven't started supper yet. So they are snacking on watermelon. They are going to have some left over BBQ pork that I froze from last week and mac and cheese with juice the girls are so picky about vegs. So I found I don't make them unlees they are mixed in a casserole cause they won't eat them and I don't want the waste. Teenage son will eat but will be hiding out in the basement which is off limit to the girls. And hubby is sleepin he works over nights. They are ok kids just starved for attention so sometimes it a long night . Gotta to go they are already fighting ![]()
Woo Hoo didn't have to cook. We had Sonic. Had to go by hospital because friend's mom is in critical condition so hubby took me out to eat....lol. Still don't know exactly what is wrong with her other than car wreck.
Tomorrow night will be out as we're traveling to inlaws. Sunday sister in law and I are cooking burgers, hot dogs, and cake. Have an awesome chocolate poke cake recipe from hubby's grandma I'm making.
Monday Night I'm not sure as we'll be traveling home from inlaws.

Well if you're really interested in it, I might be persuaded to post the recipe...lol. Not like it's a secret anyway. She got it out of a newspaper years (like 60) ago.
Tues thru Fri....Been sick.
Caught whatever the kiddo's have. Logged on for a few min's a couple of times but food was the furthest thing from my mind.
DH took care of dinner every night. Tonight..(since I am posting @ 4am)..I haven't a clue. DD (13yr old) is having a sleepover. They always make Homemade pizzas. I have a cake to bake for them too. If I make dinner I'll post it later.
