Cheese pizza for the kids. Husband had cinnamon swirled French toast and yogurt topped with sliced strawberries.
I made creme bruelle and chocolate - chocolate chip brownies.

Getting ready to make some bread dough up and let it sit for a few days to make rolls. This is my no grocery shopping week to save money and utilize what we have on hand. With gas prices sky rocketing I may have to do this for 2 weeks out of the month instead of just one. GEESH. Ridiculous.

Italian breaded chicken tenders, pan fried for color then baked off the rest of the way. Zucchini and onion sauteed in olive oil, sprinkled with cracked pepper, salt, garlic and roasted tomato flakes plus parm. cheese. Whole wheat rolls on the side along with applesauce. Sounds interesting, but really was pretty darn boring.

Last night we had taco salads make with chicken. We also had watermelon. Also seemed boring to me.

I've been crazy busy....my oldest daughter is getting married in less than 4 weeks. We are doing most of the wedding (not the cake). Praying that by June 18th this darn rain is done!!!

Hope you all are well.

Hi all, nice to see you're all still here. Busy selling our house right now, so meals need to be quick clean-up usually, but tonight our son surprised us with BBQ steak, lasagna, tater salad, broccolislaw, fresh veggie platter and corn on cob,,,yummm

BBQ sounds so good.

Ohara-- Congrats on your daughter getting married! Email me the date and if I'm open I'll drive down and help you if you'd like. I'm booked up a lot right now as far as time, but I might be able to come and help you out some set up or with whatever else you need.

Tonight was grilled chicken, corn on the cob, cheesy potatoes and veggies with dip. Cake and ice cream for dessert. It was a birthday party for a friends son. Odd that it was on a Tuesday night, but whatever floats their boat I guess.
