Yeah, that would be great. However, I doubt that the book would sell very well. People for the most part want to hear of ways to lose large numbers each week. A lot of people don't want to hear that it takes time to lose weight the healthy way. People want fast results. Yeah, I watched the Biggest Loser. But I agree, their weight loss is pretty much unrealistic for the average person. What average person who works and has children can burn thousands of calories each day exercising? No one that I know of. Nor would I want to have to continue having to work out 3 - 4 hours each day to keep it off. When I am motivated and doing what I'm supposed to be doing, I try to exercise 5 days a week and most of that is walking at a brisk pace on the treadmill for about 45 minutes. As long as I don't over indulge I will maintain the weight that I want to be. I think losing weight and keeping it off is a matter of simple common sense. We didn't gain the weight overnight and we won't lose the weight overnight and we shouldn't try to. It's all about balance and patience. We can't become impatient after a month or so and give up. We have to continue eating healthy and step up the exercise. We will see the results we are after but it just takes a bit of time and perserverence. sp?? I just wish I knew all of this years ago with my first diet. But then again, would I have really listened to advice that told me to go slow? Probably not.....

I think there is a reason several of those that have been on the Biggest Loser have gone on to be trainers, because they found themselves in the gym all the time.

I can honestly say when I am looking at 'diet' books I pass up the ones that promise alot of lost weight right away. I have learned several things from different books that I have read, and pick out the common factors and what I believe is something that can be maintained in the long run.

I wish people would realise that you can lose weight when you diet, but that when you stop dieting you gain it back. This has to be a life style change, nothing less will work to keep it off.

Would you have listened to your own advice years ago? I'd have to agree, probably not, because I think it is the experinces that you have had that you can draw from and know what way is the better way.

We all want quick results. I think that is why alot of dieters do fail and why alot of people don't stick with it. You know what it has taken me over 3 months to lose almost 8lbs, but I lost it! And in the end that is what is important.

To lose weight you have to have the right mind set, you have to be ready to do it. If you aren't in the right mind set no matter what you do, it just won't happen. But when you are there, man it just clicks doesn't it?

Happy Friday morning ladies!!

So far I'm still doing well. I had Jack in the Bix for lunch yesterday, but I cut back calories at dinner last night so I am hoping the cross each other off the list.

I spent 3.5 hours in the kitchen baking cookies last night so I didn't make it to my parents and the treadmill. I did grab my 3lb hand weights and while some of the cookies were in the oven I did some arm exercises with them. (Multi tasking at it's best huh?) It wasn't walking two miles, but I feel like doing them was better than nothing.

I spent some time yesterday looking up ellipitcals and am totally confused about what brand is the better one for the price range I am looking at. Sigh.

Oh did I tell ya'll that my BMI is finally in the overweight group, I'm not longer concidered obese. *Doing a little happy dance about that.*

Happy Saturday morning, my friends.

I am so happy for you, TexasSugar. It has to be a good feeling to be out of the OBESE category. Keep up the good work.

I haven't been exercising at all. My husband and I were horsing around Wednesday evening and I took a nasty fall. My left knee is all messed up and I twisted my right ankle. I wasn't even sure if I was going to be able to work on Thursday. I am ok, just a bit sore now. My poor husband is a mess. He felt totally responsible for my getting hurt. It was an accident.

I did really good yesterday. I had poached talapia, brown rice and brocoli for dinner, a salad for lunch and a grapefruit and whole wheat toast for breakfast. This morning I have had a bagel.

I am going to get started on a cake to be taken to church tomorrow.

Have a wonderful day!

Hi Ladies!
I got on the scale first thing this morning and I was at 166.6. That's a little less than I thought, so that is always awesome!
I wanted to share a website with you that has helped me in the past. It's caloriecounter.com. You can keep track of what you are eating and how many calories--either by your imput or by using the foods off their lists. I love this website as it has a weight loss tracker, goal setting, and a lot of nutritional info.

Melisa, thanks for the website. I'll have to check it out. I've gotten pretty good at calculating calories on things I eat alot. I'm not currently keeping count down to the calorie, but I do know a basic amount I get most days.

Friday I had taco bell and since I wasn't going to get it I just picked a Taco Salad. After I ate I looked up the calorie count on it! Let me just say OMG! So for dinner I tried to stay very low calorier.

Weekends are my hardest times to eat. Sat morning I got up and instead of breakfast I got busy baking cookies with my nephew so he would have cookie and icing for my cookie class I was doing that he was talking. We finally sat down to lunch and had some LC meals. He told me "Who knew healthy food could be so good."

Class ended at 5:30 and we had to run an errand afterward. I was tempted to get some Chick Fil A, since it is across town from where I live (near where I teach) so I never really get it. I knew they had healthy options in place of their fries. While is sounded good, we ended up going home and I cooked. Dinner was mostly healthy, so that is a plus.

Yesterday I missed breakfast again, but ate well the other two meals. icon_smile.gif

No exercise for me since Thrusday, except cleaning the bathroom. All of the reaching and bending counts for something I think. icon_smile.gif I also worked on laundry. I have got to stop putting it off so long! I did start cleaning my bedroom but didn't get too far. I guess I'll work on it a little more tonight while I have cookies in the oven.

Hi ladies -

Well, my knee is still bruised but the swelling has completely gone down. I am going to get back on my treadmill this evening. My husband has purchased the coveted Sugared videos for me for christmas so I am hoping they come in the mail today. Along with the TV and stereo system he has set up for me in the exercise room, I will have plenty to keep my brain occupied while I get a little exercise.

I haven't even bothered to weigh myself and I haven't been following my diet so I know I haven't lost any.

I am going to get motivated and get back on track.

Thank you for the website.

I'm still ellipitcal shopping. I've narrowed it down but can't decide. Sigh.

Good morning Ladies,

Hubby and I went out for dinner last night. I was asked to sing at church Sunday so I sat at my keyboard for a while and practiced some music before I got on the treadmill.

I took your advice and went slow and easy. My dh was even watching out for me. I walked for about 30 minutes. Only did about 5 laps. Nothing too hard. My knee is tight this morning but I can handle that.

My Videos didn't come in yesterday. icon_sad.gif My husband is going to hook up the satelite to the tv in my little room. If I can't watch videos then I will watch food network. LOL

The weather is changing again in beautiful southwestern KY. I have a sinus headache this morning that could kill a horse. Time for some meds. .....and this too shall pass.

Are we almost finished with our Christmas shopping? I have a few more gifts to purchase. Have you done your shopping on line or in the stores this year?

I'm a little chatty this morning. Sorry.

Have a happy day!

Good morning everyone.
Shelley - Sorry about your headache. I hope it goes away quickly. So glad that your knee is feeling better. I'm with Tracy, take it slowly... I have a tendency to overdo after an injury therefore it taking twice as long to completely heal like it should. I get anxious icon_rolleyes.gif
I would like to pick up one or two small gifts but if I don't get back out shopping, I'm ok with what I've got. I did both online and instore this year. I got lots of JC Penney and Macy's discount coupons and took advantage of that. Saved lots of money that way. Got some good deals online too so even though I know I spent more money than I should have, it could have been lots worse icon_lol.gif
Tracy - what are the ellipticals that you are looking at? We've had two Nordic Tracks. Happy with the performance with both of them but there is a clinking sound in the newest one coming from the right side that we need to have checked out. Otherwise it is really smooth and works great.
Melisa - Thanks so much for the website. When I get a few minutes to myself I'll check it out. Isn't it wonderful to step on the scale expecting the results to be a certain number and it's actually less than you thought? Oh wow!! I think that's happened to me once in all the times that I've weighed icon_lol.gif But it sure is great when it does...
OK, guys, my little break is up. Take care and have a great day....... Think positive and keep a smile on your faces...... icon_biggrin.gif

Shelley, I'm glad hubby was watching out for you. icon_smile.gif

We had a gorgous day yesterday. It was warm enough not to need a jacket and the sun was out. Of course during the night we had some rain and a cold front came back in. It's cold in east Texas again!

I haven't done any shopping really. I picked up something small for my two SIL's. I still need to shop for my two brothers, nephew, SIL's daughter and parents. Pretty much everyone! Sigh.

I do in store shopping, which means I better get to it before all the other people get out there for the last minute stuff huh??

Margie, in my research I found that Nordic Track (Sears), Golds Gym (Walmart), and ProForm are all made by the same company. I found a Golds Gym one at Walmart.com that looked good, was cheaper and had better reviews than the Nordic Track on the Sears website. So I was learning towards it. I also saw this interesting ProForm CrossWalk Ellipitcal but I could only find very few reviews on it, and they were split good and bad.

Since my mom is paying for part of it as my Birthday present I sent her what I found. She sent me a link yesterday for an Schwin one. It has great reviews, cheaper than the Nordic Track and looks to be a good machine. So I think that is the one I am gonna go with. Here is the link to it.

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000JF20LI/?tag=cakecentral-20

Before she sent me that link I was about to give up. It is hard shopping for something that you aren't sure exactly what you need to be looking for then finding mixed reviews on them.

There is a gym that is about 10 mins from my house that I've thought about going to. I had to email them to find out how much. I got the reply yesterday. It is $50 a month for a 6 month membership, $40 for a 12 month and $35 for a 18 month membership. I'm not sure I'm ready to do an 18 month membership, but I hate paying $15 more a month for the shorter one.

I was tempted yesterday to put off the frustrating elliptical buy and do the gym membership. But after seeing the Shcwin one I think I'm going to get it and table the gym idea until after the first of the year.

I've been thinking about Mac and Cheese since last Thursday. So last night I made some. I tried to make it healthier, got Ronzoni (sp?) noodles, 1% milk, 2% Velveta, they still have quite a few calories in them, and you have the butter and flour to make the cheese sauce. So in my attempt to feel a craving and try not to go to dieter's hell, I took what would have normally been two large servings and made them into 4 smaller servings, two of which when in the freezer for future cravings. icon_smile.gif

Since I knew my mac would be high calorie, I cut out as much of the other ones I could. I cooked half a piece of chicken breast with no breading, topped with mushrooms and onions, broccoli and cauliflower with no butter or cheese on the side, and fruit salad. That just shows me that I can have the 'bad' stuff as long as I pair it with good stuff. icon_wink.gif

Hope everyone is having a good day, stay warm! Hugs to my Monkey Sisters!

Well I ordered the Schwinn Ellipitical I posted the linke for this morning. It should be here around the 21st. That gives me a few days to figure out where it is going to go and clean a space out for it. It also means I'll have a few days to play with it before Chirstmas. We leave the 27th for a week in Ruidoso, NM, so it will collect a little dust then, but hopefully when I get back I'll really crack down and put that baby to use. Maybe I should name it? Hmmm...

Good morning!

I feel like I am getting in on this thread a little late, but could really use some encouragement so I thought I would give it a try!

I have never really had to watch what I eat until a few years ago, and it's really hard to try and change your eating habits after so many years! I was also recently diagnosed with IBS, so I thought now would be a great time to rethink what I am eating. I have been hovering between 160 and 170 for some time now, and would like to get back down to about 130-140.

My parents got my kids a Wii as an early Christmas present, and so far I have the Fitness Coach, which I have done once and enjoyed, but I find it very hard to get motivated to do it once I get home after working all day. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me get off my butt and do something?! I'm hoping this thread will give me some accountability and encouragement to do the things I know I can!

Thanks!
Kim

Welcome Flourgirlz. If encouragement is what you are looking for, encouragement is what you will get here. I have only been a part of this thread for a short time and I feel like I have a little family right here.

I am a very shy, private person when it comes to exercising. I don't like people to look at me and I certainly get discouraged by the cutzy lil girls at the gymn. So what I do, it retreat to my little room where I have a new treadmill. My motivation is my Chunky money sisters. You see, I lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I got sick and then hurt my knee and gained every last lb back. I got nothing but encouragement...... check it out.

My motivation is to be accountable to myself and my chunky money sisters when I screw up..... Let me tell you, I am good at that.

I also have my husband in my corner. He is very helpful and encouraging. I am also teaching him how to eat the right foods. Truly, loosing weight is not a diet, it is a complete life change. You have to make a commitment to yourself. Don't worry, you can do it.

God bless and welcome!

Welcome Kim! As Shelley said this is a great place to come for support and motivation.

We all understand how eating habits take some time and work to change. But changing your them does get easier and you get to a point where you reach for healthier things with out thinking too much about it. Or you figure out ways to eat a 'guilty pleasure' like my mac and cheese with out going over board.

I'm single, so I am the only one that brings food into the house, I think that is a plus in my court. I don't have any fattening foods around cause my kids or husband love it. I would say if you do have to keep not so healthy food in the house, then keep it seperate from the good for you stuff. Put those snacks in one cabinet, closed away where you don't see them, and put yours in a different place. That way you are less tempted to rumage through their treats.

As Shelley mentioned, teach those around you about healthy eating. There is nothing wrong with your husband or kids learning new healthy habits. It will benifit you all in the long run.

I wish I had some great advice about getting motivated to work out, especially after a long day at work. Unfortunetly for most of us, working out just isn't fun and exciting. There are things we can do to help but I can't really think of a time where I said, "Oh yes, I just have to work out now."

I'm not a morning person so it is really hard for me, but I've heard that getting up earlier and getting it knocked out of the way before you start your work day is a good thing. It can give you some energy to kick off your day, you can't keep putting it off until you are just too tired to do it, and you get it over with early.

You have to just make the time and do it. The first few times is the hardest, then it gets easier and becomes a part of routine. I can honestly say the later it gets in the evening the less likely I'll actually do it.

Also find something that you like doing or even, if you are lucky, love doing. If you really hate walking on a treadmill, then chances are you won't do it much. So test out the waters and find the types of exercises that you like doing.

The Chunky Monkeys are always here, to give congrats on the loses, or pats on the back for good exercise habits, or a helping hand up when we are feeling down. I know I can come here and report the good or the bad and my sisters will under stand and support me.

Shelley, thank you! Im getting excited about it too, my very first big piece of exercise equipment. I keep having this thought of maybe this time next year I can add to it. HeHeHe.

Margie, I hate, no I HATE, when that happens. I have done that before by hitting some button that would take me back a screen and Id lose what I wrote. It is oh so frustrating! Im actually in Word right now typing this because I keep getting annoyed with the maintenance screen popping up. I hope you have time later to re-tell us!

I went looking back at my post for last week so I could get my weight number. I reported in on Wed at 151, sigh. I also reported on Thurs that it was down to 149.8. Apparently 149.8 is my number right now since I have weighed the same thing the last three mornings. I know I said the other day Id like to be 147 by Christmas, but I will be happy just being under 150 for the holidays.

From the 27th to the 3rd I wont be doing so well on my eating. I will be spending the week with my family in New Mexico, and I can say there will be some alcohol involved. Not that we need alcohol to get along, it just makes things more fun.

Im preparing myself, even starting now, to come back home and really work on this weight stuff. 2010 will be the year! Im sure I thought and said the same thing last year, but I feel I am in a better place this year that I was last year.

Maybe as this year comes to a close we can take a moment or two to set back and get our plan and goals in place for the up coming year. Wouldnt that be good homework for us?

Well ladies while I was sitting here at my desk this afternoon trying to avoid thinking about the cookie tray that is on the corner of my desk sending yummy smells my way I decided Id search the internet for weight loss information. I figure the more I know the better it is right?

Just remember anytime you are reading something about weight lose if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is right? Weight lose in my opinion should not be a speed race to the finish line but a journey learning things about yourself along the way. It is after all those knowledge about our selves that will lead to success, isnt it?

Weight Loss, First make sure you are ready
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/weight-loss/NU00266

Im glad I found this article and I wanted to share it. It is really easy to say, yes I want to lose weight, but as I have said in the past, you have to be really ready for it. This article brings up some interesting points and things to think about and consider if you are ready.

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/weight-loss/NU00266

Weight-loss goals: 10 tips for success

The 10 tips do recover some of the 6 strategies, but hey Im just thinking of it as reinforcement.

SMART Goals
http://longevity.about.com/od/makeachange/p/smartgoal.htm

Do you know what your BMI is?
http://www.webmd.com/diet/calc-bmi-plus

Do you know how many calories you should eat a day?
http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
http://www.shapefit.com/calorie-intake-calculator.html
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/calorie-calculator/NU00598

A lot of times people will pick a calorie number out of the air or just assume they should eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight. For a lot of people you dont have to go that low. Plus the more you work out the more calories you can eat. If you dont have a basic idea of what your calorie intake should be, check out the above links. Please remember you shouldnt go below 1200 calories a day!

By the way I included three links because they do say a little different numbers. I would use them as a guide and round the numbers off a little.

Portion Control Slideshow: How to Measure Serving Sizes for Healthy Eating
http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/nutrition-labels-9/serving-sizes-slideshow

I found this article interesting, especially about losing some, maintaining it, then losing some more. See we didnt get off track, we were just maintaining for a while.
http://www.webmd.com/diet/guide/ideal-weight-or-happy-weight

I printed out the SMART goals page and will use it to set me goals for the new year. I have to clean tonight, so that is a good time to think about them. I need a plan in place, a plan that I can follow through with.

I'd just like to comment about how true this statement is. I've been in this mode since pretty much the middle of October. My husband and I hired a personal trainer. He comes to the house which is AWESOME because there is no excuse to not exercise. It has gotten so much easier to plan healthier things and not overindulge.

I still have moments. And the cravings are awful. But we have whey protein which has NO vitamin/mineral aftertaste and tastes just like a chocolate milkshake. So when those chocolate cravings hit, I make up a protein shake and for the most part it goes away.

We started October 1st. So far, I've lost 15 lbs and gained about 5 lbs of muscle. I never saw strength training as a way to reach my goals. I figured that was just for people who want to be body builders. Now i realize that by adding muscle, you will be able to keep off the weight you lose. It takes longer. It's a slower process. But it's more effective in the long-run.

There is a new gym opening up and we're at a good point to transition over. We will be able to use the free weights and equipment and have a baseline for how to use it and how much to use.

I'm a big fan of cardio. Even though I hate every minute of it LOL. They have all sorts of classes. I can't wait for them to open. And there is 2 hour of child watch a day so my husband and I can do free weights together and then I'll do classes while he takes the kids.

Hi!!!! I'd like to jump on the chunky monkey train!!!!

My bf and I have been dating for 2 1/2 years now.....and within our first year of dating I gained about 40 pounds! icon_surprised.gificon_cry.gif

And then over the second year another 10 pounds! (My family rarely eats out at restaurants.......his family eats out CONSTANTLY)

So the huge downfall was that...

A: When we started dating I was all "swept away" because I had a bf who took me out to lunch or dinner and paid for me all the time......how lucky was I right??.........NOT!!!

B: When I started staying over at his apt and then moved in I didn't have a scale for the longest time and therefore had NO IDEA what I weighed! icon_mad.gif

I have gone on "diets" off and on over the last year and a half with no success.....until finally around Halloween I couldn't take it anymore.....I got to my all time highest weight and my "fat jeans" were starting to not fit me anymore and I refused to buy new ones...

So I went out and bought the Atkins Diet book and on November 1st I started the Atkins Induction Phase.....I have lost 12lbs and it's awesome!!! However I am getting bored with the food options and I miss things like milk, and fruit, and oatmeal.... icon_rolleyes.gif

So to sum up my "journey" to lose 55 lbs I have done Atkins Phase 1 for 8 weeks and am now switching over to a low calorie plan of about 1100-1200 calories a day. I also just signed up at a gym in my town to use their indoor track.......$40 for a year!!!! It's a steal. I'm going to go there and run every day after I get done work.......my little gym bag is out in my car right now! icon_smile.gif

I have some items of clothing that are acting as motivational tools right now that I can't fit into and are brand new.....so I will be able to wear them soon!!! Plus once I reach my goal weight a HUGE shopping spree is in order.....OF COURSE!!!! icon_lol.gif

Sorry that was long.......I'd love to hear other peoples stories.....and I really do recommend Atkins.......it's very tolerable and is a really good "jump starter".

Good luck everyone!!! thumbs_up.gif

I'm still waiting for my Elliptical to arrive. I got a call Thursday saying it'd be here Friday morning, then a call Friday morning saying it was behind schedule and I should be getting it today. I'm ready for it to get here, even though I won't have that many days to play with it before the trip.

This Wednesday will be my last official weigh in for 2009. I'm curious to see what it will say and of course what it will be when I get back from the trip.

I spent the weekend in the kitchen baking cookies then helping to make peirgoies, so my eating wasn't the best this weekend. It could have been a whole lost worse though, so that's a plus. I'm ready for the holidays to be over so I can get on a schedule again.

I still have shopping to do, am waiting to hear what the final plans are for Christmas are and have to think about packing for the trip.

I'm not in much of a Christmas mood this year, but alot of that has to do with my grandma having surgery on her neck then having issues after the surgery. She's on the mend now and is suppose to get out of the hospital today to go to the nursing home for 20 days. As of right now we are suppose to do Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at her house like we normally do, but there are several of us that are concearned that that will be too much for her. Plus we now have 3 days to figure out who's making what and everyone trying to get it done along with everything else.

I'm thinking I need more hours in my week this week, another whole day would be nice! Sigh.

How are the other Monkeys doing?

I got my ellipitcal Monday and it took me over 3 hours to put it together. Towards the end I was really wondering what I was thinking by wanting one. It was finally late when I got to try it out and could only do it for 3 minutes. Of course I was wearing a long sleeve shirt and was right under the vent when the heater came on, so that didn't help. I can tell it will be a work out.

Last night after work I went shopping and stopped by my parents were I ate with them and wrapped my presents. I had bought wrapping paper last year but for some reason it ended up at my mom's. Probably cause I usually just wrap there anyway. It was after midnight when I got home so I was very tired. I still got on the ellipitical and did 4 mins. I'm working my way up slowly. Maybe one day before I leave I'll be able to get on it early and see how long I can go.

I've decided it needs a name, but not sure what I am naming it yet. My mom's treadmill is Rhonda. It has a 'personal trainer' and she told us her name is Rhonda. Mine doesn't have a trainer but I still think it needs a name. HeHe.

I weighed this morning. I'm at 151.2, which is up 1.4 pounds from last week. I didn't drink alot yesterday during the day, nor last night while I was shopping. My lips are dry today, so that is a sign I am dehydrated. I'm also PMSing, so I'm just not going to stress at all about being up. I am going to enjoy the next two weeks and will deal with my scale again on the 6th of January. icon_smile.gif

I hope everyone has a Very Merry Christmas, and don't stress over it so much. icon_wink.gif

I haven't been posting because I've come down with a bought of depression. This means I need to talk my doctor into upping my meds back to what he pulled me down from. icon_sad.gif It's amazing what your thyroid controls!

Until then, I'm putting off TRYING to lose weight (I have a sneaky feeling that my weight will drop down a bit just from getting that under control).

I just think it's a bit silly to try and combat depression and weight gain when my meds are too low. (At least, that's what I tell myself.)

Happy weight loss everyone and a Merry Christmas!!!

Hello everyone .

Congratulations on your equipment, I am glad it finally came in. A hardy hello to the new people joining the thread.

My husband and I are finally getting better. We were both sick for almost 2 weeks. Glad I can breathe again. November-December has been bad on this girl.

All of my christmas shopping is done. I have to confess, I did most of it on line. My grandbabies are gonna be happy to come to Grandma's house for christmas. I spoil them rotten.

I haven't even weighed in. I can tell I certainly haven't lost. I have been walking slowly and gently on the treadmill. My knee is still a bit sore from the fall I took 2 weeks ago. I am going to get back to the diet and more regular exercise this weekend.

I wish you all many blessings this Christmas season.

Merry Christmas!

Shelley, I'm sorry to hear you have been sick again! My family seems to keep passing a cold around. Thankfully I only had it once. Or course between now and next week I usually get one. I'm either sick or get sick during the trip. Lets hope this year is different.

Hoping you and your knee heal quickly! HUGS!

Hello there my fellow monkies. So sorry I haven't kept up with the thread. I've been super busy. Busy baking right now but thought I would check in and at least say hello. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome to our newest monkies. Great to have each of you on board.
Jade - sooooo very sorry that you've been down and out. I so hope things will be straightened out with your thyroid soon. Please keep your chin up.
Tracy - glad you got the eliptical. Wow, you put that together yourself? You are awesome. Those things can be a pain to put together. Yep, into it for about 3 minutes and my legs start aching and cramping for sure. This is something that's gonna take some time to get into. It gives you a work out, that's for sure. Stay strong and don't be getting sick on your trip.....
Ok, gotta run. Back to the kitchen for some more baking..... Have a wonderful afternoon everyone. Take care
