Each rough draft is suppossed to be different, so she is suppossed to know WHO the leaker was. There's A LOT of people who think R Pattz is the leaker because S Meyer lent him a 12 chapter version of MIDNIGHT SUN to read so he could get a better feel for his character Edward. Did you know that prior to acceppting his role as Edward, he had never even READ ANY of the Twilight books??!!

Morning ladies! Woke up to 10 pages to catch up to, and I'm only on 121 but had to jump in here real quick, so forgive me if this was addressed already.

If he leaked it, that'd be pretty sad. It already sucks that we may never get to read the finished story, but to find out that Rob is the reason...

BUT, I read somewhere that the Twilight DVD (which I am sooo gonna by the second it comes out, and procede to watch over, and over, and over.....) will have a few deleted scenes, including one from Midnight Sun. I'm curious to see which one.

Cakecastle - Your PomBaby is adorable! All these Poms are making me jealous. I so want my Pom already! icon_cry.gif

I am REALLY hoping it was not him that leaked it. I would be sooooo diassapointed! I just don't know why, if S Meyer knows who it is, she doesn't call them out on it!
I have already pre-ordered my copy of Twilight! My oldest son asked me if he could get it for his birthday, and his little face just fell when I told him NO! Well, his birthday isn't until April 24th! I'm not waiting that long to watch it! lol I told my hubby it's going to be part of my anniversary gift, just a bit late! hehe

She probably doesn't want to create a rift with him, lest his furor over being "outed" make him quit the movies. There would be LOTS of really upset teenage girls, and not so teenage women upset about that!

Well that shows what a bad fan I am, I didn't realize it was available for pre-order! dunce.gif Off to Amazon I go! icon_lol.gif

BTW - April 24 is the best day for a birthday EVER! thumbs_up.gif

hello everyone! as you can see, i'm definitely a newbie. found the site from talking with my teacher who says that she is a CC addict. I will be finishing my fondant and gum paste class this saturday. I was going to post some pics of cakes i've done, buuuuuuuuuut got hooked here.

so i am only on page 14 out of 124, so please bare with me.

first of all, kudos to CL for defending her friend. the baker could just be far too worried about the backlash that could possibly happen by revealing her identity and really just does not want to think about the whole ordeal, not to mention she is probably stressed out about the health department issues and just doesn't have the strength to deal with this right now. Like a good friend she is taking care of it for her. every company has help when trying to clean up a mess like this.

now about OP, obviously too nice to tell the baker to her face that she's not going to eat it and even give extra cash, but not too nice to call the health department. now she says that she called the health department and then CL says that they called and left a message. well obviously OP said something completely false and over exaggerated the situation in her claims for them to react so quickly. hello! it is a government agency...it takes time for them.

i'll keep reading to see how things develop, but that's just my two cents as far as page 14

icon_smile.gif

glad to have found this site! i'm on here at least every other day to check out the amazing work that people have done!

Let me see if I can help you with the emoticon question, go to this link:
http://www.myemoticons.com/emoticons/smiley-in-action/coffee.asp

and you see this code:
<img src="http://www.myemoticons.com/emoticons/images/msn/smiley-in-action/coffee.gif" border="0" alt="Coffee" title="Coffee" />

BUT, in order for the code to WORK you can only copy this part of it, http://www.myemoticons.com/emoticons/images/msn/smiley-in-action/coffee.gif

So, after you've highlighted and copied that particular part of the code, you come back to the message you want to put it in and at the right top of the message page you will see an Img button (it's between the List= and URL buttons).

Now you click the Img button, then paste the code (remember ONLY use the part I showed you!)...then click on the Img button again.

And Whallla!!
Image

Hope this works for you!!! thumbs_up.gif

Alright, I clicked on the site that you posted above^^^ and I see the emoticons, but when I right click on them nothing happens. Do you think it's because I use Mozilla Firefox and not Internet Explorer?

No, here is the link in Firefox:

You don't want to click on the picture...you want to highlight and copy the code to the right of it. Again, like I said only highlight and copy the code from the http:// part to the .gif part.

Now try it again...good luck!! You'll be so happy when you finally do it! thumbs_up.gif

I need a hug. icon_sad.gificon_cry.gif

I finished my Tom & Jerry cake last night ( turned out very cute I think) & I convinced my DH to help me clean up the kitchen. So here I am cleaning up all the cake stuff while he starts on the dishwasher & running stuff down the garbage disposal. Next thing we know, the garbage disposal is clogged & the sink is flooding underneath. We scrambled & rushed to get everything cleaned up but didin't get to it in time & the water leaked into our newly refinished basement. icon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

We just finished our basement remodel before Thanksgiving & now we had a full on waterfall flowing out of our ceiling. icon_sad.gif Thankfully the water stayed about 3 feet in front of our new built in wall unit, but still! This sucks! icon_mad.gif It is always our luck!

had to vent, need some hugs. Sigh. icon_sad.gif

But the cake turned out well & it is unharmed! icon_biggrin.gif

Ayanami, sorry about your basement.... did yall get it all cleaned up? Our car broke down yesterday....again! Its not even 2 yrs old yet. In the past 6 months its been towed 3 times! 3 times, that doesnt even count the number of times ive driven it up there, because every time we get it back it has to be taken back at least twice.....its rediculous! I didnt buy a brand new vehicle so that i could spend all my free time at the dealership getting it fixed! Its a darn good thing its still under warranty b/c as soon as we hit 40,000 miles it started acting up left and right.....junk, complete junk! And dont even get me started on the towing companies, thats a whole other ordeal!!!!

****this is a disclaimer, i say "ya'll" b/c im in south louisiana, we also call it an interstate, not a freeway...
