Tuesday clicks done! I'm very sad today my daughter had to go stay at my moms! She has been breaking out in hives so bad they they cover her body even her lips and eyelids! She has been to the dr 6 times and they keep saying its an allergic reaction but not to what!Everytime she comes home it gets worse! This is driving me crazy!She doesn't have health insurance and it's $1300.oo to take her to the allergist payable up front!!! I'm so lost and aggervated to just have to sit and watch her suffer!! I don't know what else to do!I have talked to every public health agency in the county and I can't get ANYONE to HELP her! 
Well, off to get back on the phone and see what I can find today.
Our furnace went out in the night Friday. When I woke up on Saturday morning it was 47 degrees in our house. Thank God that my husband is handy. He figured out what was wrong, called and found the part and fixed it. After he fixed it, the furnace ran nonstop for 6 1/2 hours. At the time it was -10 outside.
Thankfully it is 27 here today. It is snowing though. But we have heat.
Janice, I'm glad it is warming up out your way. It does give me hope that it will work this way.

it is in the 20's here today too. No snow though. Probably tonight!The heat wave has approached! The furnace in my house isn't very good when it gets below 20 the entire house is freezing except my bedroom wich is so hot you can't stay in there!Here's looking forward to warmer weather!

Clicks done! Snowing here again this morning!My daughter has been out o fschool for 5 days! She is gonna forget what she was learnin' by the time they go back! LOL BUT..... I guess that is the sacrafice I have to make for the beautiful SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
Does anyone know where I can get instructions on how to make a loopy bow-one with a bunch of loops not a regular bow? And should I use gumpaste or fondant to make it? THANKS!!
Thanks vj! I will look! I hope i can find it because the cake I am making hinges on this bow!!! I don't know what I'll do if I can't find a video.Well no school again today this is day 6 my child has been home! Hopefully there will be school tomarrow!

Lildeby, hope your daughter is doing better. Is she itching? Have you tried soaking in an oatmeal bath? Maybe if you keep a food / beauty product diary. Write down everything she eats and washes with. Maybe through the process of elimination you can figure it out.
Ohara, I can't even imagine it ever getting that cold! How do you keep warm when your furnace goes out? I hope you have a fireplace.

w/b hd! Yes my daughter is doing better we think it is either a milk allergy or something one of the boys is bringing home on thier clothes from work. He works at a fireplce log factory and deals with alot of chemicals during the day. She hasn't broke out any more.
I am having back surgery in march so i will be off line for awhile- unless i can convince my dh to move the computer in my room! LOL A little scared but if it willl help with the pain I am willing to try it!Oh yeah! I forgot my dh is finally quitting his work in atlanta and moving here for good he will never be away again.

lildeby, glad your DD is doing better, hope you get the problem figured out soon so you can all relax. Also hope you found some help with the bow and were able to get it done. I've never made one either, at least not in fondant, but made a lot of them from ribbon.

Janice, we're all fine here. Just been a busy week. We actually had sunny weather and a high of 48 yesterday. I enjoyed it ...which was good, since today's high is 26. Yes, it is still January! ha
Honeydukes, glad your back...how is your back doing? We were only cold for a few hours. I did turn the oven on and bake
