I don't watch football but I did watch the superbowl! What a game!! That last TD by holmes was fabulous!!! And the last call on the cardinals was NOT a fumble!! It was an incomplete pass! I was rooting for the cardinals I took the underdog also! I guess I need to stay away from football cause the more I understand the more fanatical I can see myself getting about iT!!
Thanks to some friendly advice(wink wink-vj) I have decided on a calm manner to speak to my DD's coach. I think next year will be better for her! I truly believe my DD's asthma scares her coach so I will speak to her about it!
More snow today! No school either! We are expected to have 2 FEET of snow by morning! This is crazy!! But I am loving it!
Oooooh, Lildeby, I have to disagree with you. I think it was a fumble. I think they caught his arm going back -- right before he went into a forward motion. And I'm saying this even though I am NOT a Steelers fan. It was a great game though. The commercials were a bit disappointing. LOVED the Etrade baby ones!! If you didn't see them look here:

they are screaming hand and purple explosion. The Bow broke on the purple one but it worked out ok and the screaming hand is the first time I have ever tried to paint a picture on a cake! I was thrilled with the result!
Well the snows came in about 8 last night 31/2 inches! School was cancelled again and probably tomarrow as well since it's not supposed to get above 20 today!The kid who is staying with me(TC) tried to take my car this morning to work and slid off the road into a field before he got out of the holler! Kid and car are both ok thank goodness! But he came home and called in.No job is worth his safety!

My Dh still says it was a fumble. He knows nothing about sports -- I'm the fan in this house! -- but he is convinced!
I cannot imagine it ever being that cold. DH was stationed in North Dakota for a few years and he tells me stories about just how cold it got. 
I just couldn't take it!

Honey dukes- Thanks for taking the time to check out my new cakes! The painting on the skateboerd has me excited! I am looking at more cakes I can paint and thinking of investing in an airbrush! Time to move out of the dark ages!!!
It got down to 0 last night! Had to bring the dogs in! That was not fun! I have a rotwieller and a great pyranese. He is huge! 4 feet tall and about 4 feet long!! He likes to get in bed with me but he takes up my whole bed!! Not to mention I still have 3 puppies in the bathroom! My life is being overrun by dogs! But I love them all so much! If I had another acre or 2 of land I would probably have more! I just don't care to have them in the house unless it is necessary! I like big dogs and they get into too much mischief in the house!!
I can't believe it's Friday. I'm not sure I'm ready, but -- have a good weekend everybody!

Well, it's the Friday, Friday before my biggest day of the year. Valentine's Day!!!!!! We started on the 3000 cupcakes we have to do. Not to mention the heart cakes and special orders. OH, and I almost forgot the 800 roses and fresh cut bouquets.
Oh how I love V-Day, but oh how I can't wait for 2/15!!!!!!!!!

clicks done! We had tornado warnings on tues. Kids were on bus they had to go to elem school w/ no power for an hour till danger had passed! Glad they are all ok. DD is terrified of storms but said there was elem school kid there who was crying and upset so she paid attention to her instead of storm!
