Karate- glad to hear things are going well.
My ears are healing quite nicely so far. I only have the clean them twice a day with anti-bacterial soap. I've been taking ibuprofun once a day for the last couple of days and I've upped my Vitamin C intake.
Last night I pulled out my Core Rhythms again and did that for 25 minutes. That kicked my butt- I have done it in so long. But it felt good to do it. Now tonight I will either walk or do my stomach exercises again. Gotta get a flat tummy! (Gonna get a flat tummy!)

RitzyFritz CONGRATULATIONS!!!! That's a big deal!!! I'm beginning to think that there is no way to cake decorate & lose weight. I find it so hard to stay out of the batter & cookie dough. I've tried different ways & yesterday I found one that worked. I ate some yogurt while I was making my batter. I only tasted it once. LOL!

I baked all day yesterday & wore myself out so today I didn't nothing!! I still haven't even been to the tanning bed or gym! Hopefully tomorrow!!!!

Standing Tummy Tucks  40  reps
Crunches  40  reps
Tummy Squeezes  40  reps
Combo Hinge Crunch  40  reps
Bicycle Crunches  40  reps
Hip Swivels L/R  40  reps
Stair Walking  10  minutes

Good Morning Guys!!!

I finally have off 20 pounds!!! Image YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have 30 more to go to meet my goal weight!

I brisk walk every morning and evening for 1 mile (total of 2 miles a day) and do light weight training 3 days a week. I'm doing the low fat diet.

Everyone is doing great!! Keep up the awesome work!! It's so nice to have friends to lean on here!!

Good morning everyone

Missed yesterday, spent the whole day at the dealership because my truck needed a few things done and it took all day. Good thing I knew it would take all day I brought two books to keep me busy!

I worked out today, didnt yesterday.

Yea Denise on the loss doin the late happy dance over here!

Tina, how is break going? Have you been able to get back into the swing of working out?

Thats OK, the week my sister was here I didn't work out either and I also ate soooooooo bad too.

I will be making my Easter cake, I will bake on Friday or Saturday and decorating on Sunday morning.

Good morning all
did not work out this morning, just tooooooo lazy!

I checked my numbers this morning. Was a fasting check since it was first thing this morning. They were double what they have been, not sure what I have done differently to make them so much higher. I guess I better figure it out very quickly and fix it!!!!!!!

Tina: at least they are done now. I will start my Easter cake either today or tomorrow, and as always I worry it will not look as great as it does in my head! Heres hoping for the best. At least it is for family and they love everything that I bring.

I did some toning stuff last night, but nothing major.
Standing Tummy Tucks  40  reps
Hip Swivels L/R  40  reps
Washing Machine  20  reps
(the washing machine- stand with legs slightly apart. hold arms out straight from your body (should be inline w/ your shoulders). twist from right to left, left to right counts as a full motion aka one rep)
Forgot to pack my pills that I take during the course of the day this morning and I am tired feeling and have gotten easily stressed about somethings. My mood and body are totally different feeling, and I got a headache right away too. icon_mad.gif I guess for now I can never go without any of my herbal supplement regiment for right now.

Went out dancing with some people Friday night!
Saturday had some nookie and went out dancing again with the same people.
I think tonight I will be resting.
I'm baking some cakes right now to get ready for a cake due this week for my husband's work for a retirement party.

Well, I took it easy last night, no extra exercise. I was up late trying to finish my cakes and finish wrapping them up before freezing them. Arghh, I still have dirty dishes to do and I am coloring my hair.
Well, I decided a reward for myself is to get a Tinkerbell tatoo. I like fairies, and I like Tinkerbell. I found a picture that I want to use...it's on my new Tinkerbell underwear. She's got her back turned towards you, but she has her head looking at you. It's really cute, I love it....I just wanna to try to find an actual pic of it on the internet before I go to the tatoo parlor with my underwear. icon_lol.gif
I'm sure the tatoo guy would love that, "Can you make a tatoo of this person that's on my underwear?" icon_lol.gif

I'm soooo glad the chocolate holiday is over!!! I can't eat another malted egg!! icon_redface.gif I love those things! Chocolate everywhere! I'm glad it's over!! I didn't gain but with all the choc I ate I should have!

Hi all

I too am glad its over, not only did we have Easter, but a week before there was a wedding, and the Saturday before there was a wedding, then Easter. I has been a full two weeks.

I was proud of my non chocolate eating, however I cant say that for any other food. Just too much great food when we all get together that much!!!!!!!!!!

I didn' get up to work out this morning, but will tomorrow and the rest of the week, we have another party next saturday. A multiple reason party.

m0use you are too funny, I think just for giggles I would bring in the panties also, just to see what they would do, the pull out the pic.

I have just one tat, and really want another. I think that will be my reward for 20 pounds lost.

Anyway, gotta run, have 5 projects my boss gave me.

m0use - just take a close up pic of Tink on your underwear so all of the details show but so that you can't tell that it's underwear. That way you won't spend hours searching online for an exact match of the picture!

Oh duh! Why didn't I think of that, take a picture of the underwear....
Well, last night I spent 3 hours in a salon chair getting my hair colored and having my layers trimmed, but the look was well worth the effort. I'm a red head with bright red highlights...
I'll have to take a pic when I get home tonight if I have time. My hubby took a pic of me- but it didn't look so great.
Today I decided to put some neosporin on my piercings and then I will rotate my earrings through out the day to help them heal better. I think that will help them heal better.
Last night I did the following:
Crunches  20  reps
Tummy Squeezes  20  reps
Combo Hinge Crunch  20  reps
Bicycle Crunches  20  reps
Leg Lift/Extension  20  reps
Standing Tummy Tucks  30  reps

Take it easy dont over do and make it worse. Just be patient and start back when you can. In the mean time you will have to be ever more diligent on keeping an eye on what you put in your mouth!!!
