Celebrating Diversity
I made this for a diversity/international fair my company had for emplouees. the globe is on clear pillars that are hidden from a table decoration I found at party city. I wanted it to appear as though the globe is floating. The base is double sheets combined as one. I hope you enjoy.

Sarah's Camping Party
This was for my daughter's best friend who for several years would celebrate her birthday by taking her closest friends camping. The "tents" are grahm cracker, trees are ice cream cones covered w/ royal icing. Used piping gel, gold fish, teddy grahms, and grahm cracker crumbs. Enjoy.

Hello Kitty
This was all fondant. I dusted the flowers, lettering and base cake with pearl dust. The immage was made by actually enlarging the invitation, cutting it up to use the parts as stencils. Each piece was cut out of fondant and inlayed into the surface of the top tier. It was tedious but paid off. I love this cake andI hope you do, too.
