Peek-A-Boo
This was inspired by a Magazine pic. It is all buttercream, including the blanket, which is basket weave. The doll is plastic (I cannot sculpt to save my life). I hope you enjoy. Feel free to give me your opinion.

How on Earth do you basketweave that blanket? I love the whole concept of this cake.
:D Well, the trick to this is to do the basketweave on a double layer of plastic wrap the size of the blanket you want to make. Then, carefully slide your hands underneath and drape over doll/cake. You have to do this before the icing begins to crust or set to avoide cracking.
