Laptop On Desk Grooms Cake on Cake Central

Laptop covered in fondant with gumpaste keys and logos. All hand painted. The desk was painted to resemble wood and the cake board was covered with wood colored contact paper. The cake was a big hit at the wedding.

very cool! the desk looks so real. If you hadn't mentioned that it was part of the cake, I would have thought that you just set the cake ont top of a real desk to take the picture! ;-D

WOW!!!!!! I can see why this cake was a HIT. It loooks so real. You did a fantastic job on this one. Really like it. Great ideal also. I am just so amazed seeing this cake.

Is the background part of the cake too? :lol: :lol: I mean, I really didn't know where the cake was and especially thought the desk was a desk. LOL...soooooooooo great and beyond words. Looks better than the laptop we have here. :lol:

I was wondering what a TV was doing on this site when I saw the thumbnail pic. OMG, this is a computer cake........hahahaha ;-D Your photo set-up is excellent!!!!!!!
