First Bloom
I made this for my daughter's first birthday. bottom cake is buttercream, top cake is covered in fondant and resting on a cake tier (screwed into the supporting column - also covered in fondant). leaves are fondant with the edges dipped in hot pink sugar ( I let them dry several days in advance) also made her a tiny "companion cake" to eat with her hands.
