Cleat And Soccer Ball
I am so mad at me. I didn't think till after the fact that I should have doweled the shoe to a wood board. I was for a friends boy and the hubby has an inoperable brain tumor so I really wanted to do a good job and make it a huge deal for them with all they are dealing with but no I had to go and screw it up. ;-( I just want to cry. I has been a strange cake week for me. One wow, then one flop. Ever had those weeks?
The cake looks great! Not sure what the "flow" was.

I would've been impressed just with the ball on the grass, but no, you had to add the sneaker/cleat!! Wow! That looks amazing! I'm so so sorry for condition of your friend's husband! I'll remember him in my prayers! I'm sure they were amazed by this work of art (even if it wasn't perfect. Did something happen after the photo was taken?)
