Martha, I just use Microsoft Office picture manager to resize pics. It's very easy. I didn't know there was such a site to do that for you. Coolness!

I tried to decrease a picture for my avatar down to 110 x 110 and it was so jumbled it just looked like fuzzy blocks. I don't know what I'm doing. Oh well, I'm with Julie on this one - just trust that I too am drop dead gorgeous
