The Usual Crowd
Earlier this year The British Sugarcraft Assoc. kindly asked me to display a piece of my work on their Table of Honour in Telford. I decided to replicate (with permission) the work of the wonderful Swedish Artist Cornelia Waldersten. Every time I had her table mats on my table they seemed to invite me to make them, I just love her little characters.

Retirement Suitcase
Retirement Suitcase Cake. I made this cake for my mom's coworker who is retiring. They asked for a luggage cake. It is french vanilla and vanilla cake in alternating layers with a chocolate mousse filling and covered in fondant. Everything is edible except for the string on the tag. The pictures are places she wishes to go in the future and she has her passport ready too. :) I absolutely love my new edible printing system, it was the first time trying it out!! Thanks for looking!!!

Floral Radiance
Made this cake for an event last weekend, LA Cookie Con & Sweets Show 2016. I entered into the Wedding Category and to my surprise placed 1st and was presented with a trophy by Ron Ben-Israel. I also had the pleasure of meeting Duff which left me in aww lol. The show was a great experience and it also benefited The Childrens Hospital Los Angeles. For this cake my techniques were royal icing hand piped beading with fondant / gumpaste flowers and decor.

Lego Construction
With 3 daughters I have done my fair share of princesses, flowers and all thing girlie so it's kind of fun to get round to my boy's birthday. He can seriously be described as Lego-obsessed and his birthday party this year was Lego-themed (no surprise there). I normally pride myself on all parts of my cakes being edible but I drew the line at making Lego vehicles but I did make the Lego pieces. Johnny was happy - he got 3 extra kits as part of the cake deal!
