Gina'a Ballerina
Round 3" x 6" on the top and bottom with a 2"x5" in the middle. Fresh strawberry filling. Fondant slippers formed freehand starting with fondant sausages. Covered in sections. Used the wilton graceful vines impression mat. for the tutu skirt and rear design inset. I've wanted to do the lacing and a bodice for a long time. I'm happy with the way it turned out:)

Wedding_-_Pink1_-_Kerriscakes.jpg
I had so much fun making this for my neice, obviously her favorite color is pink! I wish I could take credit for the design as well, I love it so much, but I can't. She fell in love with a picture of the original cake (white) and wanted it changed to pink. I wish I knew who made the original cake so that I could give her/him credit and to thank them for creating such a gorgeous design!

Baby Shower - Flower Power
Here's the cake that went with the shoes. :) My first cake in five months (boy, did I forget a LOT!). Of course, when they gave me the photos of the baby quilt, I thought, "There goes my resolution for 'less is more' this year." LOL. Design of flowers and cake based on three of the quilt squares. The separators were fashioned to resemble the edging on the quilt. Although EVERYTHING went wrong on the day of delivery, the cake did get delivered in one piece and they liked it, and that's what counts! TFL!

Chanel Hand Bag Instructions
I have added this bag in here because I did put it on a thread which was quite popular so I thought others might be able to use this. The chain I purchased from a fabric store and threaded ribbon through. There are 3 pages in total for the instructions. Hope you enjoy. I have also made a black one using similar techniques which is in my photos gallery if you wanted to see it in a different style. Good luck,

Young's 50Th
This cake was made for a wonderful couple who celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in style. The frame is made of gumpaste and the painted with Old Gold luster dust. Scrolls were piped with royal icing. Handmade roses were gilded with gold too. Used plastic mold for the drapes (faster & easier)and connected with fondant buttons. Piped dots on the quilted tiers and gilded with old gold
