This was a chocolate cake with white chocolate frosting. I cut the peice of cake out after I frosted the top. the flowers, leaves and candle are all fondant.
I've always wondered how that cake was done! Very pretty!!

I did make it smaller than the actual cut piece to make it fit better on the cake
