1 In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and beat in confectioners’ sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth, adjusting consistency with milk or sugar, if necessary.
