Andes Mint Cake Balls


Delicious Andes Mint chips enrobed in cake and chocolate. Awesome!


  • crumbled white cake scraps
  • buttercream
  • Andes mint chips
  • Godiva liquer
  • Hershey's special dark chocolate


  1. mix crumbled cake scraps, buttercream, andes mint chips and godiva to taste.
  2. Form into balls and freeze until firm.
  3. Melt Hershey's special dark chocolate in a double boiler temper chocolate.
  4. Dip balls and allow to set on waxed paper.
  5. Store cool do not refrigerate. Not diet recommended
