Missionary Cake
My brother was going on a mission for our church and this was the cake I came up with. I love my idea, and I think it would be a great cake for a groom. I used buttercream icing and fondant for the tie and collar. It was my first stacked cake...I think I could do a much better job now. I learned alot with it.

My brother is always flexing his muscles, and he is "stacked" with them...so I wanted to do a stacked cake, to tease him...and this is what I came up with!

Coolest missionary farewell thing I've seen. It would be good for RM too.
Thank you! The tie actually extends underneath the white fondant on top to the back of the collar. Yes, it is nice for me, that my bro. is not over seas!

How could you have done a better job ? This is a brillant design - and the colours used are so appropriate for a male cake. I agree with the other almost 300 people who have placed this cake as a favourite - it's fantastic ! :wink:
