Tigger Cake
Chocolate brownie cake with mini semi-sweet morsels and sugared pecans mixed in; chocolate buttercream, and then chocolate fondant. The tiny cake on the top is french vanilla with lemon buttercream icing. The Tigger was actually from a Winnie the Pooh cake topper, and I snapped him off to use for this cake (the customer only wanted Tigger). The writing around the perimeter of the cake reads, "The wonderful thing about Tigger.... is Tigger's a wonderful thing!!"
