This is a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate filling chocolate frosting and chocolate drizzle and Chocolate bow AND chocolate covered strawberries!!

Melted chocolate on plastic strips, form into a loop and put in freezer for a min and pull off plastic viola! you have a loop attach with chocolat (melted) fto form a bow you could also use freezer paper

That cake is beautiful and looks delicious. How fast do you have to work with the loops before they break or start to get soft. Do they stay hard w/o refrigerator?
Yes jopalis. They stay fine as long as not in direct sunlight you have plenty of time I make extras to use at a later time just put togeather with melted chocolate
