This was my first paid gig, this past weekend. I have done two other wedding cakes for family members, but it was exciting to do my first paid one - and very stressful! The florist gave me the flowers the night before, so I took care of arranging the flowers as well. Huge thanks to my husband for being there to help me out and hold me together when I almost lost it when the top tier wouldn't sit right! Cake was almond butter cream, filled with raspberry preserves and raspberry mousse.
