Birthday Cake for my Mom! It's a chocolate-hazelnut dome filled with a hazelnut succes praline! The head is made from a rice crispy treat and covered with yellow dyed white chocolate. The wings are spun sugar, the crown is made from sugar as well. The facial features are piped. I know it doesn't quiet look like a bee but oh well! Thanks for all inspiration and advice from fellow CC members!!
