Coconut filled layers covered with mmf (buttercream flavor) tinted grass green. topped with another coconut cake, carved to resemble a hay stack. frosted with yellow frosting and pressed yellow coconut into it. made the piggie and sheep out of mmf and gave the sheep royal icing wool. used chocolate fondant for the fencing. client was thrilled. this is my 3rd fondant cake. I'm still getting wrinkles at the bottom of the cake. guess I need more practice.
