this is my very first cake from my cake decorating class. First I used the wrong consistency of icing, and then put wwaaayyy to much filling in the cake so I am trying to ice the cake, the layer is shifting all over the place. Considering that, I think that cake came out pretty good. For the decorating aspect of it, as you can see the dots came out correctly on the bottom right of the fish, and then I lost it...not sure what happened there, but just more practice and I should be good. I found it to be really fun mixing colors, but the hardest part was deciding the colors and how much to make of that color. I hate waste!! :)
