Hand carved two-layer (vanilla & chocolate) cross cake covered with vanilla buttercream, with vanilla mousse filling. The beveled edge is detailed with royal icing. The cross on top is made of fondant with a silver ribbon buckle, which is covered with fondant. The inner cross and top circle have been accented with pearl dust.
