Made this cake for friend's daughter's first birthday party. I was sick that week and had to cover it in buttercream the day of the party with no time to refrigerate it so it could set up. It wobbled like crazy in the car! I thought I was going to have a cake disaster, but just ended up with a slightly leaning cake. Oh well, lesson learned! They loved the cake, thankfully. :)
