This was my very first 3 tier cake and it did not come about without problems... I dropped my 2nd tier on the 1st tier after a few curse words and a much needed break I finished the cake. Bottom tier is white almond sour cream with ganache filling, middle tier is chocolate almond sour cream cake with Chantilly cream filling, top tier is french vanilla cake with raspberry filling. Entire cake covered in french vanilla buttercream with fondant decorations and black ribbon bordering each tier.
