My first attempt at working with white chocolate. It was VERY different to brown, and I made loads of mistakes. However I managed to recover from them, and while it's not what I was planning, it's pretty good!

It's a caramel/banana cake, with white ganache icing, white chocolate wrap/collar, and white/brown chocolate curls.
