60Th Birthday Celebration
This cake is my version of a Sylvia Weinstock cake that was made for the May 2010 issue of "O" magazine (Oprah's Magazine). All layers were 3" high. The bottom is a 12" square, the middle tier is 3-8" cakes stacked and the top tier is 6" square. It is iced in buttercream. All accents, including the dots, letters, and ribbon roses are made of fondant.
