whew...it's finally over. What an experience. My first wedding cake and I lived through it. The weather was in the low 90's today and the reception was outside. I am almost pleased with it. The cake did tilt a little bit. I used SPS for the first time so not sure what happened there. Cake was all WASC with white chocolate buttercream (Sugarshacks recipe) filling. Thank goodness it didn't turn into a puddle of frosting in that heat. Flowers and greenery were real and supplied by the flower lady.
