These are chocolate fudge cupcakes filled and decorated with a variation of stresseddessert's Peanut Butter Dream Buttercream. For additional decoration and color I piped flowers out of white chocolate candy melts that I colored and allowed them to dry and cool on wax paper before adding them to the cupcakes. TFL!
