My first castle!! I have wanted to make one forever and finally someone ordered one. Its a 10", 6" & 4" french vanilla sour cream cake with peanut butter cup mousse filling. Buttercream iced with fondant covered RCT towers and ice cream cone tops. The only thing not edible was the flags. It turned out way bigger than I thought! Lesson learned for next time.
