It's been a long time since I baked and I needed to feel some creativity again, so I made a purple velvet and did a dry brush technique with my buttercream for the first time. Made a sugar flower for my first time also
Vanilla drip cake with @Sweetapolita’s Purplexed gourmet sprinkles, Swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache drip. I used a @WiltonCakes Open Star tip for the top piping.
