Boo! Halloween Cake
I’m loving this little Halloween number filled through the center with Halloween candy. I only wish it was mine so I could cut into it. But alas, it was off to a Halloween party for a mess of kids to enjoy. All edible except for the tree structure. Don’t you just love Halloween?
Richard Thompson was my contribution to the collaboration Music Around The World 2017. He is 14" tall made of modeling chocolate and fondant on an armature of wire and styrofoam.
Halloween Is Coming!
This year I wanted to do something scary, fun, cute and different to all the other Halloween cakes out there, so I chose a Voodoo doll theme. I'm a big fan of simplicity, so I chose a monochromatic black motif off of which the voodoo dolls would really pop and voila! I hope you all enjoy!

Small Wedding Cake With Colorful Wafer Paper Flowers
Small wedding cake with colorful wafer paper flowers
Created for a lady who turned 60. I used marble effect, edible gold and my fav dusky pink roses.
Christening cake topped with ‘Grace’ sugar David Austin rose. The lace brush embroidery and hand piping match the delicate lace detail on the Christening gown. I also added little piped pearlised buttons all the way down the back to match the gown.
