Yellow butter cake, French buttercream. My first castle cake and one of the first I've done with fondant. Definitely an art form I have not mastered : ) Buttercream accents. The towers are all cake except the roofs of the towers are hollow (just fondant/gumpaste cones on top). Fun to do and a big hit with my 3 year old!
