The top layer was a french vanilla cake with almond bc, the bottom layer was red velvet with cream cheese frosting. Everything on this cake was edible, the bears are a mix of fondant and gum paste, and the rest are either gum paste or fondant, so fun to decorate but the baking was not as smooth as i would like, we had some major problems with the red velvet and cream cheese frosting.
