This is my first time doing a buttercream cake as well as leveling and trimming! It was for my mum for mothers day. I tried to get it smooth (i added a pre decoration pic) and i think it went pretty good except you can still see some scrappy lines of serrated knife i used to help smooth before the spatular lol but i will keep practicing! It is also my 2nd attempt at making buttercream roses. Everything besides the ribbon and circle on top is buttercream. Thanks for looking!
