This is my first Cassata cake. Three layers of French Vanilla cake filled with canolli filling. In the past I had difficulty with this filling. This time it turned out great. Cake is iced with vanilla butter cream and topped with white chocolate shavings. Not elaborately decorated but the flavors are heavenly!! TLF
