Adam was born with a degenerative bone disorder that causes his weakened bones to break. At 4 years old he once again fractured his back (5th time). This cake was not exactly a birthday cake... it was a "we love you and are praying for you" cake. The cake itself was dark chocolate with a banana cream filling. It was frosted in cream cheese and covered in fondant. The floral work and teddy bear are all hand sculpted in fondant. TYFL!!
