This was my first FBCT - learned some lessons! I also have a whole new respect for those who decorate in humid climates as this was our first really hot day in Ontario, and smoothing that buttercream was brutal! This is a fun-fetti cake with a filling of fresh strawberries and stabilized whipped cream. The icing is an Irish Cream BC. Made for my neice's third birthday ... thanks for looking
