Books, Top View
So, I've been itching for a reason to do a pair of books and finally got one. Engineering student (with a sense of humor) graduated and got a job involving HVAC units. 2 11x15's, each cut in half and stacked to make each book two layers. Bottom tier is everything chocolate... Chocolate fudge cake with mini choc. chips, choc. ganache filling, choc. BC, and Choc. MMF. Top tier is white chocolate cake with raspberry swirls, and a whipped vanilla-lemon cream filling. All decor is MMF, but grad cap is GP.

These cakes are amazing!! Your other picture of it is so realistic that the leather actually looks like you can feel the leather! Great job!
